Graduates of Gymnasiums, Lyceums and EPAL from the school year 2016-2017 onwards have the opportunity to digitally publish their diploma or degree.
The services are available at gov.gr, in the category "Education / Graduation from school" . Taxisnet codes are required to enter the application , while as long as the graduate is a minor, the titles are issued by the actions of the guardians . The excerpt of the title issued has a unique verification code and advanced electronic stamp, is stored in the citizen's box ( https://my.gov.gr/ ) and can either be sent electronically to any public service, or printed and deposited.
The application was implemented by the National Network of Technology and Research Infrastructures (EDYTE SA), in collaboration with the Ministries of Education and Religions and Digital Governance and is part of the broader cooperation of the two ministries to digitize processes in education, in order to simplify them. As in the previous procedures (electronic registration in kindergartens and electronic service for substitute teachers), according to an announcement by the Ministry of Digital Government, the goal is to reduce both the required time of service of the citizen and the administrative burden for services.
