While the whole of France finds itself once again confined this weekend , the Ministry of Higher Education has given details on the holding of exams and competitions . " For the period from April 5 to May 2 inclusive , all exams organized by higher education institutions must be held at a distance or be postponed ."

No face-to-face exams, with a few exceptions
During the next four weeks, no exam can take place face to face. This concerns in particular the exams organized in the universities. "Several exceptions are planned, in particular for examinations of health training which can be maintained in person ( PACES , PASS , L.AS )", specifies the press release.

Ditto for the entrance exams to the grandes écoles, the terms initially planned for remain in place , including if these competitions were to take place face-to-face , as Jean Castex, Prime Minister at the National Assembly, confirmed on April 1.

The students BTS are not concerned about them since their trials begin on 10 May. Indeed, for all exams taking place from Monday 3 May, the terms remain unchanged.

Higher education establishments open during confinement

Despite these few last-minute changes, all students will be able to continue to visit their institution once a week during confinement.
