Meduca and unions analyze educational policies and challenges for 2022

In addition, a subcommission was created to deal with the issue of the educator's defense, as well as the zoning cases, which are determined by the Comptroller General of the Republic, said Minister Maruja Gorday de Villalobos.

Under the mediation of the Ombudsman's Office, the minister and her work team exchanged opinions on the safe and gradual return of students to classrooms, as well as for the vaccination of educational communities.

On this issue, Gorday de Villalobos pointed out that in several schools there is only in person that, in various modalities, since 2,368 educational establishments have been opened throughout the country, which he said is significant. In the province of Herrera there are 112 schools open.
