Sofia Zacharaki, in a meeting she had with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis last week, received instructions to immediately begin a national dialogue on the development of the new admissions system to higher education.
Regarding the timetable , the Minister of Education has already stated that:
Any new system instituted by Parliament will concern students who will be attending the First Year of High School in the 2029-30 school year.

These, according to the minister's statements, will be the students who will "inaugurate" the new system, in the year 2032.
