Customer Service Models in Admissions and Registrar Functions
Join ̽»¨Â¥ members for an active discussion about approaches to customer/student service in higher education. Whether your institution has a One Stop, a decentralized service model, or something in-between, service to our institutional communities is an important part of our work. This session will be conversational. We have a few discussion questions listed below, but we invite you to bring your own ideas, questions, and perspectives to share with others!
Discussion Questions
- How does your office manage customer service?
- How does your institution support staff in customer service roles?
- What are challenges you experience related to customer service and how do you manage them?
- For folks with a central service center (one stop or something similar), what are the benefits and/or drawbacks to this approach?
- What are unique things to your institution related to how you manage customer service that could be helpful for others to know about?
