At the 2023 Annual Meeting, the ̽»¨Â¥ membership approved a bylaws change allowing for a new membership structure.
Major Changes
1. As of December 2023, ̽»¨Â¥ provides open rosters to all institutional members. This allows for unlimited members at every member institution. Under the new structure, as long as an institution has an active ̽»¨Â¥ membership, all staff members can join ̽»¨Â¥ under that institution's account and gain access to ̽»¨Â¥ member benefits.
2. Beginning with the 2024-2025 membership year, ̽»¨Â¥ will change its dues calculation to be based on an institution's total expenditure as reported by IPEDS, rather than enrollment. Total expenses as reported by IPEDS is a fair indicator of the institution's ability to pay and makes sure that everyone is paying their fair share.

The Primary Contact (PC) at each ̽»¨Â¥ member institution will still have access to update their roster to add new members and remove individuals who have left their institution. See below for instructions on how to manage your membership roster.
