Groningen Declaration Network

The Groningen Declaration Network (GDN) brings together key stakeholders in the digital student data ecosystem to make real the concept of global digital student data portability. Network participants envision learners worldwide should be able to digitally consult and share their authentic educational data with whomever they want, whenever they want, wherever they are.

As ̽»¨Â¥ works to advance and enhance the mobility of learning in the US, we partner with organizations that are aligned toward the same goal. The GDN supports the development of a global mobility ecosystem supported by policy and technical infrastructure that ensures equity and accessibility.
