SEM planning for Graduate Studies: Insights From the Field

Strategic enrollment management (SEM) is a complex, fast-paced, and high-stakes endeavor. It is how the university operationalizes its strategic plan through the lens of enrollment and learner success. While SEM planning at the undergraduate level is commonplace at most universities, it is less common at the graduate level. In this webinar, we will explore best practices for SEM planning at the graduate level. We will also hear how those at the University of Connecticut are developing and implementing SEM goals and strategies at the graduate level by leveraging the approach taken for undergraduate-level SEM planning.
