What are office hours?
Office hours for the Learning Mobility Challenge are informal sessions designed to offer direct support and transparency to participants, combining general information about the Challenge with technical assistance for data submission.
These sessions provide opportunities for participants to:
- Get Questions Answered: Address questions about the inaugural Learning Mobility Challenge: Improving Transfer Time-to-Decision, including how to sign up, what participation entails, and what insights will be gained.
- Receive Technical Support: Obtain direct assistance from NASH Center for Postsecondary Improvement staff on the time-to-admit Challenge, particularly regarding obtaining and submitting your institution's baseline data (the single number representing undergraduate transfer time-to-decision). This support helps clarify requirements and ensures a smooth data contribution to this national effort.
- Learn Alignment: Discover how the Challenge helps institutions align their processes with learner-centered goals.
- Collaborate: Attendees are encouraged to bring their team to the office hours, with the option to "hop into a breakout room" for more focused discussion.
