• ̽»¨Â¥ Program Directors, Program Committee Coordinators, ̽»¨Â¥ Board members, and any individuals taking part in the ̽»¨Â¥ Hill Day will begin at an earlier time.

Ends: Saturday, June 22 at 6:00 p.m.

• All attendees are encouraged to join their colleagues for dinner. ̽»¨Â¥ will reimburse for applicable meal expenses on this night.

Who Should Attend?

Typically, the incoming President-Elect (or equivalent) attends this meeting in preparation of their incoming responsibilities. A majority of the meeting focuses on broader issues around Leadership and higher education. The is a smaller focus on running a state or regional association. 

• Meeting Schedule

   

  Begins: Friday, June 21 at 9:00 a.m. (Breakfast available from 8:00-9:00 AM).
  
  Officers selected to take part in the ̽»¨Â¥ Hill Day are required to arrive on Wednesday, June 19. ̽»¨Â¥ will reimburse for your flights and for your hotel stay if you are selected for the Hill Day.
  
  Ends: Saturday, June 22 at approximately 6:00 p.m.
  
  We highly encourage you to stay through Sunday, June 23 schedule permitting. ̽»¨Â¥ will reimburse for your dinner on this night.

• Travel

   

  You are responsible for booking and paying for your own travel unless you are selected to take part in the ̽»¨Â¥ Hill Day.

   

• Meals and Reimbursement

   

  ̽»¨Â¥ provides lunch and dinner on Friday, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday. Dinner on Saturday will be in groups and ̽»¨Â¥ will reimburse you for up to the $34 per diem allowance for this meal, exclusive of alcohol.
  
  Instructions for requesting this reimbursement will be provided at the meeting. Please use ̽»¨Â¥ Expense Report for Saturday's dinner.

  During the meeting: Business Casual 
  
  Outside the meeting: Casual. Prepare for warm and humid, but pleasant nights. We plan on taking advantage of the great outdoors for the evening dinner and reception!
