Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs - California State University, Fullerton

Dr. Jessica Barco has almost 20 years of private and public higher education in recruitment, outreach, admissions, financial aid, and transfer student initiatives. She serves at California State University, Fullerton overseeing the Office of Financial Aid, the Scholarships Office, and the Titan Hub, a one-stop shop, which encompasses six offices including the aforementioned offices and Student Business Services, the Registrar, and Dean of Student services.

Additionally, Dr. Barco is currently project leading the CSUF team in the Aspen-AASCU Transfer Student Success Intensive to build a seamless transfer student pipeline and has co-chaired committees on student financial support and removing administrative barriers in the past few years in support of the university's strategic plan. Dr. Barco completed her PhD in Higher Education Administration at Azusa Pacific University. She earned a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and a second Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Biola University.
