Assistant Registrar, Operations and Compliance - University of Denver

John Maly is the Assistant Registrar for Operations and Compliance at the University of Denver (DU) in Denver, Colorado. John began working at the university after graduating with his Master of Arts degree in Higher Education in 2020, also from DU. Prior to attending graduate school in 2018, John was a resident summer camp director in northern Minnesota. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities and is working to wrap up his Doctor of Education degree in DU's higher education program at the Morgridge College of Education. 

John was recognized with a Best of the Best Award for his presentation titled "What A.R.E We Doing?
Infusing assessment, research, and evaluation into our work" at the 2024 Rocky Mountain ACRAO Annual Meeting and went on to present again at ̽»¨Â¥'s Annual Meeting in 2025. He has also participated in ̽»¨Â¥'s Peer Mentoring program and sat on the Local Accommodations Committee for the 2024 RMACRAO annual meeting held in Denver.
