Dr. Luisa M. Havens Gerardo serves as the Vice President for Enrollment Management at the unviersity of Texas at Arlington. She has held executive leadership roles at Virginia Tech, Florida International University, and the University of Texas at El Paso, and began her career as an admission recruiter at her alma mater, the University of Idaho.

Throughout her professional life, she has worked tirelessly to expand patheways for diverse and underreperesented populations, including transfer students, veterans, low-income, andifrst-generation students. Her leadership extends beyond her campuses, having served as Vice President for Access and Equity at the ̽»¨Â¥ from 2010 to 2013, and later as the assocaition's president from 2019 to 2020. She is a sought-after national voice on topics ranging from data-informed enrollment strategies to institutional transformation initiatives, process reengineering, and leadership development.
