Michelle currently serves as Director of Student Recruitment at Pima Community College, where she leads the development and execution of recruitment strategies aligned with institutional goals. Her work focuses on enhancing the prospective student experience, fostering partnerships, and implementing outreach initiatives that support enrollment growth. She emphasizes personalized communication and a responsive, service-oriented mindset, believing that recruitment is about more than numbers—it’s about creating meaningful connections and opening pathways to higher education.
