Recently Nicole stepped into the role of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at where she leads the company's DEI client engagement and internal DEI transformation. Nicole is also the creator of EDIFY, a 5 step dismantling systemic oppression program that is designed to shift the culture in institutions, schools, and artistic organizations. Nicole is a member of SAG-AFTRA with a Master's Degree in Education Leadership from NYU Steinhardt.
