Staci Bernhard serves as the Assistant Director for Global Initiatives at Florida International University’s College of Business. With over 15 years of experience in admissions and recruitment, she oversees all facets of international student operations, ensuring streamlined processes and global engagement.

Staci is an active member of several professional organizations, including NAFSA, ̽»¨Â¥, and TAICEP. She currently chairs ̽»¨Â¥'s International Admissions Committee and TAICEP's Professional Development Committee, where she leads initiatives to enhance professional development and advance best practices in international admission processes.

Staci holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and dual Master's degrees in Higher Education Administration and Global Strategic Communication. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in International Education at Florida International University, reflecting her commitment to advancing the field of international education.
