At the 2025 Tech Transfer Convening, ̽»¨Â¥ announced the National Learning Mobility Challenge: Improving Transfer Time-to-Decision in partnership with . This isn't a competition. It is a national call for action, experimentation, and transparency. We are seeking 500 institutional partners who are willing to measure their institution's time-to-decision, identify friction points, and test solutions to improve the student experience. Challenge participants will gain practical insights into improvement science methodologies, earning a micro credential, and contribute to the first-ever national dataset on transfer student admissions processes.
