The S&R will retain 100% of total revenue generated from the workshop(s).
̽��¥ will cover the cost of transportation and meal per diem for the workshop instructors.
The S&R will handle registration, meeting logistics (including: breaks, any meals, meeting space rental, AV rental, marketing).
S&R will provide hotel accommodations for the workshop instructors. If none are available, ̽��¥ will make the hotel arrangements and invoice S&R.

The Fee breakdown will be handled by ̽��¥ based on your selections and the availability of instructors during your selected meeting dates. ̽��¥ will produce a contract with the fees and conditions that both parties must sign to confirm the workshop(s) requested. This form will be available within 5-10 business days.
