Call for Proposals

More than 500 higher education professionals attend the ̽»¨Â¥ Technology and Transfer: A Learning Mobility Summit to explore how technology integrates into campus operations, and how strategic planning can foster innovative approaches to employing transfer credit and policies to facilitate academic mobility and improve student success.

The ̽»¨Â¥ Technology and Transfer 2025: A Learning Mobility Summit theme is "Finding Creativity in Technology and Transfer." The four primary focus areas are:

  • The utilization of technological resources, information systems, research, best practices, and innovation.
  • The engagement, retention, and success of all transfer students.
  • The impact of people on meeting institutional goals and strategies, and ensuring positive student experiences.
  • Professional development in creative leadership, teamwork and collaboration, partnerships, and more.

̽»¨Â¥ invites you to share your ideas and experiences by submitting session proposals. Presenting provides unparalleled opportunities to share projects, initiatives, white papers, etc., as an individual, a team, or as part of a panel of experts. Your contributions are vital to making the ̽»¨Â¥ Technology and Transfer: A Learning Mobility Summit a continued success. Presenters receive a 25% discount on the registration fee.

Presentation Topics

Presenters at the upcoming ̽»¨Â¥ Technology & Transfer 2025: A Learning Mobility Summit will have the opportunity to share their expertise and thought leadership with leaders, practitioners, technologists, and EdTech organizations on how we solve learning mobility barriers through technology solutions, transfer enhancements, and other advancements. We are seeking sessions that delve into ways we can embrace learning mobility and technological solutions to become more learner-centered, drive equitable outcomes, promote interoperability and open standards, and demonstrate the value of higher education.

Selection Criteria

We are committed to providing a comprehensive, non-promotional, diverse program relevant to all institutional types.

Proposals from community colleges, private institutions, system offices, and groups consisting of representatives from multiple institutional types are especially encouraged. All proposals will be evaluated based on the relevance of the topic, the breadth and/or depth of the topic, the presenter’s knowledge, the alignment with ̽»¨Â¥’s core competencies and learning outcomes, and the presenter’s strategies to engage the audience.

If your session is selected, you may register for the meeting at a discounted rate.

Corporate Presentations

What classifies as a Corporate Presentation:

  • If you are employed by organizations offering goods and services
  • Subject matter promotes the company's product

Sessions submitted through the regular proposal form will be reviewed for appropriate content and may be reclassified as a corporate presentation, which would dictate a presentation fee. For information on corporate presentations and fees e-mail corporates@aacrao.org.
