Whether you're returning to your 2nd, 10th, or 20th ̽»¨Â¥ Annual Meeting, you can always feel the excitement in the air.

First-time attendees feel it as well -- sometimes, along with some anxiety. For some, the new experience can be invigorating. For others, intimidating.

How do we catalyze this energy? How can we spread the excitement and invigoration while quelling the fear factor? We have an idea.

Experience ̽»¨Â¥

̽»¨Â¥, in conjunction with the Mentor Services Committee, has reimagined the “First Time-Attendees’ Orientation & Welcome” for #̽»¨Â¥19 with a more dynamic and interactive approach called Experience ̽»¨Â¥, which includes:

  • A webinar for First-Time Attendees. Before the conference begins, seasoned meeting attendees will walk First-Timers through a free “What to Know Before You Go” webinar then open the floor for Q&A. (Register today to reserve your space.)
  • An onsite event with ̽»¨Â¥ Ambassadors. Sponsored by, at "Experience ̽»¨Â¥: A Live Event," volunteer mentors called "̽»¨Â¥ Ambassadors" will share their knowledge, wisdom, and excitement in a college fair-style setting. All First-Time Attendees are encouraged to attend and should expect an invitation in their email closer to the meeting.

Interested in becoming an Ambassador?
, or you can indicate your interest when you register for the meeting. The Mentor Services Committee will follow up with additional information.

We look forward to feeling the excitement with you in Los Angeles.
