As a voluntary member association, ̽»¨Â¥ thrives on member engagement. In previous years, we have struggled to reach the industry standard of 10 percent member engagement in leadership elections even with the implementation of electronic voting and a
competitive slate.
This year, ̽»¨Â¥ combined voting with its signature initiative ̽»¨Â¥ Gives.
Each institutional member vote earned money for an ̽»¨Â¥ Gives fund. With voter turnout at the highest levels seen in years, nearly 8 percent, ̽»¨Â¥ is pleased to announce our members raised nearly $3500 in contribution to these member development
funds.
