SEM Call for Proposals
The Call for Proposals for the 2025 SEM Conference is closed.
UPDATED JULY 25, 2025: All who submitted a session proposal were notified of their session status ("Accepted", "Alternate", or "Not Accepted") via email on July 25. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam and trash folders for a message with the subject line, "̽»¨Â¥ 35th SEM Conference Session Proposal". If you still cannot find an email regarding your session proposal status, contact meetings@aacrao.org.
Session proposals with a presenter or co-presenter representing a corporate entity can contact corporates@aacrao.org to learn more about opportunities to present at the Conference.
Some of the themes we are interested in pursuing at this year's conference include:
- Future of the Profession
- Partnerships with local employers to develop enrollment strategies
- Programs focusing on Micro-credentials and up-skilling
- Shifting your aid strategy from merit-based to need-based aid
- Leveraging financial aid to increase retention and student success
- Micro-scholarships and opportunities to influence student behavior
- Building a strategic enrollment plan jointly for two-year and four-year school partnerships
- Community college-focused strategic enrollment management strategies
All accepted session presenters must register for the SEM Conference and present in person at the Conference venue.

NOTE: Presenters receive a 25% discount on the registration fee for the entire SEM Conference.
