The SEM Teams Experience is a collaborative ̽»¨Â¥ SEM initiative designed to maximize the value of the SEM Conference for campus teams that have broad representation from across their institutions and a minimum of five members attending the conference.
The framework for the Teams Experience utilizes the ̽»¨Â¥ approach to SEM as purposeful,enterprise-wide, data-informed, adaptive, and collaborative. Our SEM Coaches use this framework to help campus teams define, refine, and achieve their goals for the SEM Conference through orientation, session selection, opportunities to touch base, and follow-up after the conference, including an opportunity to continue the conversation on the .
How does the SEM Teams Experience work?
Institutions with at least five attendees for the SEM Conference are offered the opportunity to develop a SEM Team with a SEM Coach. ̽»¨Â¥ will provide campus teams with:
A SEM Coach who is a seasoned enrollment management professional, matched to your campus and SEM interests based on your feedback.
A virtual orientation prior to the SEM Conference with strategies to maximize its benefits.
Opportunities to connect in person during the SEM Conference with your SEM Coach.
Takeaway materials.
A SEM Teams Exchange group to collaborate and exchange ideas with other teams and coaches.
An optional follow-up virtual session after you return to campus.

A SEM Teams Experience coordinator will verify at least five attendees from your institution are registered for the SEM Conference and will contact you regarding the next steps.
We recommend that you register early, as space is limited in the SEM Teams Experience.
