"Flash Sale" registration for the 2025 SEM Conference for institutional attendees is open through June 30, 2025. Register for the 2025 SEM Conference at 2024 fees. "Flash Sale" ends on June 30. Registration will close on June 30 and re-open on August 4, 2025 at the 2025 fees.

Affiliation with a college, university, or community college is required to qualify for Institutional Registration

Registration Includes:

• Access to all breakout and plenary sessions (Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday)
• Exhibit Hall Opening Reception (Sunday) & Refreshment Breaks (Monday/Tuesday)

One-Day passes are also available for purchase. Workshops and presenter registration will open on August 4, 2025.

  Fees
  is preferred for the SEM Conference. Information about paper registration can be found, below. Please take note of all posted deadlines regarding refunds and postmark requirements for paper registrations.  Payment is due at the time of registration; invoices and purchase requests are not provided for meeting or workshop registration.
  
  Member and Non-Member Rates
  To qualify for the institutional member rate, the registrant must be employed by a member institution, an organizational member, or an individual member. If you have questions about your membership status, please contact membership@aacrao.org.
  
  Registrants affiliated with a non-institutional organization will be reclassified as a "Corporate Attendee " and will be required to pay the appropriate fees. Contact corporates@aacrao.org for more information about Corporate Membership and participation at ̽»¨Â¥ events.
  
  Discounts
  - Students wishing to attend the conference at a 50% discounted rate must complete and submit a Student Waiver Form to the Meetings department for approval before registering for the SEM Conference.  Registration for students will open on August 4, 2025.
  - Institutional Presenters receive a 25% discount on registration for the full SEM Conference.  Discounts are not given for one-day passes. Registration for students will open on August 4, 2025.
  
  Pre-Conference Workshops require an additional fee.  Registration for the SEM Conference is not required to register for a pre-conference workshop. Registration for students will open on August 4, 2025.
  
  Guest Passes are available for $300 for each additional guest. Guest Pass attendees are limited to the Exhibit Hall and may not attend sessions. Professional colleagues are expected to register for the conference; access sharing is not permitted.

  Payment for Paper Registrations: A check or money order MUST accompany paper registration forms. Payment with credit cards will only be accepted through online registration.  Wire payment can also be accepted; contact meetings@aacrao.org for more information about submitting wire payment for meeting registration.

  • Funds must be in US dollars (USD).  Checks or money orders should be made payable to ̽»¨Â¥ (purchase orders will not be accepted)
  • Include the name of the event and the name(s) of the registrant(s) in the check Memo
  • Payments via check, money order, or wire for the FLASH SALE must be received at the ̽»¨Â¥ Office by June 30, 2025.
  • Forms received without payment will not be processed

  For accounting purposes, the ̽»¨Â¥ Federal Tax ID number is 52-2274900.

  Due to PCI security compliance, emailed registration forms that include credit card details will be destroyed and the form will not be processed.
  

   

• Substitutions, Cancellations, and Refunds

  All changes, substitutions, and cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to meetings@aacrao.org. There is no penalty if the substitute registrant is employed by the same institution as the original registrant.

  Cancellation and Refund Deadlines
  Refund requests will be considered based on the following deadlines. Refunds will be credited in the manner paid. Allow up to thirty days after the meeting to receive your refund.  Credits for future meetings instead of refunds are not provided.
  

  • On or before September 26, 2025:  no penalty  for cancellation; refund given
  • On September 27, 2025 - On October 10, 2025:  refund given minus a $200 administrative fee
  • On or after October 11, 2025: No refunds of any fees paid.

  These terms and conditions apply to paper registrations received via mail or fax. If the meeting is canceled or converted to an all-virtual delivery, registrants will be notified in advance. 
  

• Accommodations

  If you require accommodation for a hearing, visual, mobility, or other need to fully participate in the event, please email your requirements to meetings@aacrao.org.
