Member and Non-Member RatesTo qualify for the institutional member rate, the registrant must be employed by a member institution, an organizational member, or an individual member. If you have questions about your membership status, please contact membership@aacrao.org.Registrants affiliated with a non-institutional organization will be reclassified as a "Corporate Attendee " and will be required to pay the appropriate fees. Contact corporates@aacrao.org for more information about Corporate Membership and participation at ̽»¨Â¥ events.Discounts- Students wishing to attend the conference at a 50% discounted rate must complete and submit a Student Waiver Form to the Meetings department for approval before registering for the SEM Conference. Registration for students will open on August 4, 2025.- Institutional Presenters receive a 25% discount on registration for the full SEM Conference. Discounts are not given for one-day passes. Registration for students will open on August 4, 2025.Pre-Conference Workshops require an additional fee. Registration for the SEM Conference is not required to register for a pre-conference workshop. Registration for students will open on August 4, 2025.Guest Passes are available for $300 for each additional guest. Guest Pass attendees are limited to the Exhibit Hall and may not attend sessions. Professional colleagues are expected to register for the conference; access sharing is not permitted.

All changes, substitutions, and cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to meetings@aacrao.org. There is no penalty if the substitute registrant is employed by the same institution as the original registrant.
Cancellation and Refund Deadlines Refund requests will be considered based on the following deadlines. Refunds will be credited in the manner paid. Allow up to thirty days after the meeting to receive your refund. Credits for future meetings instead of refunds are not provided.
These terms and conditions apply to paper registrations received via mail or fax. If the meeting is canceled or converted to an all-virtual delivery, registrants will be notified in advance.
