Registration Fees

The ̽��¥ SEM Conference has two registration options for institutional attendees. Attend the full conference or choose a one-day pass. Corporate registration opens in September.

Member Fees
These fees apply to named institutional roster members of member institutions OR individual members.

Non-Member Fees
These fees apply to those not named as roster members of member institutions and who do not have an individual membership.

Corporate Fees
These fees apply to anyone affiliated with a company or organization that sells products or services to ̽��¥ membership.

Refunds & Substitutions
Refunds & Substitutions
All changes, substitutions, and cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to meetings@aacrao.org. Voicemail changes, substitutions, and cancellations will not be accepted. There is no penalty if the substitute is employed by the same institution as the original registrant. Membership status will be verified and additional fees will be assessed as appropriate.
Cancellation and Refund Deadlines for the SEM Conference
Refund requests will be considered based on the following deadlines. Refunds will be credited in the manner paid. Allow up to 30 days after the meeting to receive your refund.
- On or Before September 26, 2025: no penalty for cancellation; refund given
- On September 27 - On October 11, 2025: refund given minus a $200 administrative fee
- On or After October 12, 2025: No refunds of any fees paid
These terms and conditions apply to digital and paper registrations received via mail or fax. If the meeting is canceled or converted to an all-virtual delivery, registrants will be notified in advance.
